25-26 Tournament Team Information

Teams:

12U Team - Open to birth years 2013 & 2014 (2013 will play 14U in summer tournaments)

14U Team - Open to birth years 2011 & 2012 (2011 will play 16U in summer tournaments)

16U Team - Open to birth years 2009 & 2010 (2009 will play 18U in summer tournaments)

18U Team - Open to birth years 2007 & 2008

This season we are proud to announce all players registered with the Cape May Kraken will receive a 20% discount on all MJ2 Hockey Training with Matt Johnson!

Cost & Uniforms:

$75 Administration Fee (all players) 

• This fee covers our insurances, teamsnap fees, and equipment expenses.

$115 Uniform Fee (All players must have full Kraken tournament team uniform)

Total for new players: $190

Returning players must have a full uniform that still fits! (Jersey and Socks) Kraken shells are optional.

Returning players will keep their current Kraken number. All new players will be required to provide 3 number choices. We will do our best to accommodate.

***All games, tournaments and events will be pay to play. Final cost will depend on number of players attending*** 

What to expect:

Season runs from September 2025 - August 2026.

Registration will grant access to the Cape May Kraken teamsnap. All communication will go through teamsnap. 

Non/league games: Coaches will seek to play non-league games throughout the season. This is ideal for the player that cannot commit to a full travel schedule and for the player that is looking for more! Cost for these games will be based on the number of players we have per game. Non/League Games are not guaranteed and are subject to availability of ice time and opponents availability.

Tournaments: Tournaments cost will vary depending on roster size and tournament cost.

First Come First Serve Policy: To avoid overloading rosters, all games and tournaments will be first come first serve. We aim to keep the rosters at a maximum size of 15 skaters. If any team's roster reaches their maximum we will field an additional team if enough players are available.
